Our Pigeon Forge properties are a 5-minute ride to Dollywood, Old Mill, The Island, and a ten ride to Gatlinburg. They have community pools that are open seasonally, and all of them have washers and dryers in the unit.

Our Gatlinburg rentals are a 5-minute walk to downtown Gatlinburg, Anakeesta, The Village and a 7-minute walk to the Gatlinburg Skybridge and Gatlinburg Convention Center. This community has a pool that is open seasonally.

Each stay includes one ticket per day for access to 23 different attractions. Use as many or as few as you like; your tickets will refresh daily! Attractions include Dollywood, Dollywood Stampede, Hatfield &McCoy, Anakeesta, Pirates Voyage, and more.

Pictures didn’t do it justice! this was every fall lover's dream..😍 fall themed even down to the smallest little details....This place is adorable and the ticket perks just made it over the top experience for me... such an awesome and helpful amenity , they were very easy to use through xplorie.. had no issues. This place is located VERY close to all downtown.. parking was easy.. you have everything you need to feel at home. I will definitely come back!

Laurie was absolutely amazing!! We came and celebrated my fiancés birthday and I told Laurie and she went above and beyond and got us a cake and a gift! She was very responsive and even allowed us to check out late because we didn’t arrive until very late. Laurie was absolutely amazing and would definitely stay again!!!

Had a great time celebrating my birthday at Laurie’s place! The condo was nice, clean, and within walking distance to Gatlinburg. Laurie even left a cake in the fridge for my birthday, which was so thoughtful, and in my opinion a step above any owner we’ve ever dealt with. Free tickets for local attractions was a huge perk, and we definitely took advantage of those. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!! Laurie takes good care of her guests!!

Condo was just as described and the host was great! Even had us a cake waiting for us for our honeymoon and another welcome gift! Communicated perfectly and went about and beyond to make sure we were accommodated , we even extended our stay one more night! Will def be back!

Laurie was a wonderful host. Everything was as she described. She reached out early to us once she was aware that an early check in was available. We did not ask for an early check in so that thoughtfulness of our time was VERY much appreciated! She checked on us to make sure our check in went well and also made sure we did not need anything mid stay. Location was great, close to everything! A lot of detail into the condo. The tickets are a wonderful perk! Thank you Laurie for sharing your wonderful condo with us.

Laurie went above and beyond for us and I can’t recommend her enough. Not only was her home clean and inviting, she left us a smokey mountain Christmas tree ornament and anniversary cake. She will definitely get our business anytime we want to go to Tennessee. Thank you Laurie for your southern hospitality! We can’t thank you enough

Excellent renovated 3 Br / 3 Ba apartment, nice view, great balcony. My spouse is very sensitive to cleaning quality, and she says "this place is not just clean, it's Monica clean", whatever this means. Hotel style bathroom toiletries including sealed soap bars and plush towels, kitchen is equipped with everything needed. Free Wi-Fi, easy parking. Luggage carts to move in and move out. Dinner table was set for move in which was a welcoming touch. Laurie is a great host, would recommend to my friends.
