I am your host! For twenty years I have been selling real estate in Nashville. Having a passion for design, updating properties and earning awards for customer service, I decided to combine them all in 2013 and become a short term vacation rental host. My goal is to provide stylish spaces with great locations and excellent customer service so that my guests have an amazing, stress free, and memorable vacation.

About Me:

*I can see a diamond in the rough in properties. The worse shape they are in the better.
*I love to decorate! I love creating experiences for my guests.
*I am meticulous over details.
*I love providing extras like; complimentary coffee bars, water, snacks and more.
*I love great views and or great locations. Those are my must haves for purchasing a property.
*I hate to cook but I know all the great restaurants.
*I strive to provide a wow experience for my guests.

How My Love Of Hosting Began:

*Purchased my first property in Nashville in 2013 so my prospective buyers could see what living in Downtown Nashville felt like. Then it became a short term rental.

*In 2015 I was vacationing in Seagrove Beach and loved it so much I got off the beach and purchased a beach property with spectacular views on 30A.

*In 2018 I fell in love with the Smoky Mountains and purchased a 2 bedroom 2 bath in the wonderful Whispering Pines resort; 5 min from Dollywood. In 2021 I purchased a lower level end unit 1 bedroom 1 bath in this complex as well.

*In 2019 I purchased a great one bedroom in Old Gatlinburg Place because the location is walking distance to all things Gatlinburg. Between 2020-2022 I purchased three more units in this building. Two 1 bedrooms and One 2 bedroom.

*In 2021 I purchased a one bedroom in Carillon Beach Inn in Panama City Beach for guests that wanted more than just a beach experience. This community has 4 pools, a lake, shopping, restaurants and more.
