The inviting kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials, including a 2 burner cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and a beautiful copper sink. Note that the kitchen does not feature an oven.

I am sorry that you felt that we only deserved a 4 based on the issues you had. The condo was designed for couples so we used 60 watt lighting in the overhead lights. We have beautiful crystal lamps that are 40 watt and the bedroom’s crystal chandelier has multiple 40 watt bulbs. We didn’t want bright lights anywhere but in the bathroom. The HVAC’s have up and down arrows and say the words heat and cool. These are the only HVAC’s that work in this building due to the age. I can not change how they work. Since we always address issues I will now add an instruction label to the HVAC case.

This is a great location, convenient to walking in town. The place had plenty of space and was nicely decorated, with very plush towels. Kitchen function was a little limited, so don't plan on doing tons of cooking. The Keurig coffee maker with pods was greatly appreciated and the fridge had plenty of space. It was clean, with new furnishings. If I were to go back, I would stay here again.
After years of trying different check in procedures the one that we use now is you get an email and a text with directions and the code. You can check in anytime after 4

Laurie is absolutely amazing. The place is perfect, and 2 minutes away from some of Gatlinburg's special treats. You are able to walk anywhere on the strip, without having to worry about parking. It's nice and secluded, avoiding all of the noise. As soon as you walk into the condo, you are immediately taken to a cozy cabin feel. I cannot recommend her enough, and look forward to staying in her other properties in the future.

My wife and I had a great extended weekend at Laurie's place. It rained most of our trip, but we had tons of shopping and restaurants within a short walk so it wasn't an issue for us. The mattress probably needs to be updated before too long, but other than that, we loved our stay here. It's hard to beat the location.

Beautiful place. Very clean! Nice views and like the title says… Literally a two or three minute walk to the middle of everything in Gatlinburg. But you’re off the strip. Hop on the road that takes you to the motor nature trail practically outside your door. Great coffee in the village at coffee and Company and the best donuts at the donut fryer… Both a three minute walk. When we ran into some issues with the burners on the stove top while I was trying to cook breakfast, she actually responded immediately with the offer to Venmo me $25 in order to buy our breakfast! How awesome and thoughtful is that! Oh and less I forget, the great Smoky Mountain national Park is right there!

This is a great unit within walking distance of all the major attractions in Gatlinburg. Check-in is hassle free. There's free on-site parking that does not require any sort of tag or check-in. We were able to walk to breakfast and then beat the lines for Anakeesta during our stay. We walked right over! The unit itself is extremely clean and beautifully decorated/renovated. The host is kind and very accessible via text. Highly recommend this unit!

Great location! Bed and pull out weren’t super comfy, but it was much nicer than a lot of the other units in the building. Really cute decor and the hosts left coffee stuff and makeup wipes 🙂
I am so sorry you didn't think the bed was comfy. That mattress is less that 6 months old and the pull out had an upgraded mattress for a pull out sofa. Should you come again let me know and I will get a topper for you if you need it softer. Thanks for staying with us.

Very close walk to the main strip. Everything was clean and fresh. Make sure to utilize the luggage carts near elevators if you have a lot to carry. Parking out back in the lot behind the building gave easy access to elevator and our unit.

We had such a great stay at Rustic Vibes! It really was so close to everything so you can save that $20 to park. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. I personally loved the coffee bar and my three year enjoyed the hot chocolate! We’d definitely stay here again!

Don't let the outside look fool you. This place is nice and close to everything but just out of the way of all the crowds. You can walk everywhere from here as the listing says. The inside is nice and cozy and has everything you need. Laurie was very communicative and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again when I come back to Gatlinburg.

This was an excellent stay! The place was clean and cozy. Perfect for relaxing, reading, watching tv, or whatever you want. The location was amazing as well. It took 4 minutes to walk to The Village, and only 5 minutes to get to the Pancake Pantry and the main strip. I was shocked at how affordable it was too. Most places like this were going for twice as much. Our family was very thankful to find this, and we will be back!

Excellent location with an easy walk to town. It’s about a 2-4 minute walk to the strip. It’s about a 10 minute walk into the National Park. The complex itself has a hot tub and pool that was clean and easy to access. It was never crowded. Parking is easy and includes. We had a spot just below our room. There are two elevators that access the room and we never had to wait for one. There’s an ice machine and drink machine beside the elevator if you need it. The room is well appointed with beautiful decor and everything you need to relax. The kitchen is well stocked if you like to cook or just need to make some snacks. The couch makes a nice bed. There’s a small dining table. There are two tv’s with plenty to watch. There are two ac units so you’re able to stay cool in the summer heat. The bathroom has great towels and is stocked with soaps, shampoos, etc. The bedroom is private and has a good closet. We will definitely return to this property again.

This is the perfect location to stay when visiting Gatlinburg! The condo is about a 2 minute walk to downtown, we only had to drive when we were going into the national park. Even though you are so close to town the property is quiet and a peaceful location as well. Laurie was an amazing host and made us feel extremely welcome. The only downsides was having to use our hotspot to watch tv, which worked perfectly fine when we did, and the change of taste of water, not quite like our city water! Overall, this is an amazing place to stay in Gatlinburg!
